Dreamers, that is to say the dreamers who actually do something about their dreams are achievers. What they can and do achieve is massive, larger than anybody else can often conceive or believe they can achieve.
Lets take Henry Ford as an example: I think most people have heard of the Model T Ford. That was the result of Henry Ford’s dream, which was to be able to manufacture cars that the average American can afford to buy and run. On for face of it, that sounds like a fairly simple dream, no? Automobile manufacturing was in it’s infancy. Panhard & Levassor, and Peugeot were already set up and running in Frnace so Ford had a blueprint to work from, but how to get started?

Yes! You did read that correctly, and no, I haven’t lost my marbles.
I think most of us agree that resolutions don’t work, or at least their failure rate is extremely high; how often have we resolved to earn more money next year, or lose some weight? And how many times have we fallen at the first hurdle, sometimes within 24 hours?

Here’s your brain teaser for this Friday, enjoy and let me know your answer in the comments section.
A man lives in the penthouse of an apartment building. Every morning he takes the elevator down to the lobby and leaves the building.
Upon his return, however, he can only travel halfway up in the lift and has to walk the rest of the way – unless it’s raining. What is the explanation for this?

Acting on an anonymous phone call, the police raid a house to arrest a suspected murderer. They don’t know what he looks like but they know his name is John and that he is inside the house.
The police bust in on a carpenter, a truck driver, a mechanic and a fireman all playing poker. Without hesitation or communication of any kind, they immediately arrest the fireman. How do they know they’ve got their man?
